In LA still, at Crossfit Mean Streets.

MAIN

"Nate": 20 min AMRAP of

2 MUs (scale = 4 pullups + 4 ring dips)
4 HSPU (scale =  on box)
8 KBS 70/53# (I did 70")
}
Rounds/reps: 5 + 8

I did 1 MU + 2 pullups + 2 dips on the first 2 rounds, after that a failed MU followed by 4+4 on the next 4 rounds. Last couple rounds my HSPU were 2 strict and 2 negatives. So, scaled, but a PR for me.
