(just to try them out - I have a long way to go before I can do one of these)

E. BarMUs
4 - 2 singles and 2 strung together

Had one of the trainers film me so I could figure out where these need improving. Ugh. Sloppy. Need to swing out more on the way down. Keep hollow body better. Keep feet together. Will try that out tomorrow maybe (if the wod doesn't kill me first! Looks like a tough one!
