MAIN
A. Row 5k, break every 1000 meters and do 2min DUs or SUs
I did mostly SUs since I'm going easy on that tweaked calf, with a few DUs in the last 30s of each round

B. Mobility work

I added

C. MU practic (swings on rings, some pullups)

D. HS Holds for balance (3 of them)
