100 situps
200m tire roll (done together)
50 OH walking lunges 25/45 (we did 45#)
40 KBS 35/53 (we did 53#)
30 HRPU
20 Up-n-over box jumps 20/24 (we did 24" - all jumps right over w/o touching)
10 wall walks
