MAIN

5 rounds "Bear Complex", adding weight to work up to max

1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push press
Touch-n-go only, no dropping bar between reps
}
} Weight per round: 75, 75, 85, 85, 95

Then added some pullups, 11 unbroken (kipping)
