A. 1 mile run

B. Back Squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225

C. 3x5 strict pullup

D. 3x3/side DB Snatch 50#

E. 3 HSHold + 3 Strict HSPU

F. 3x5 pushups
