2018-12-27 WOD

Active recovery day, but felt like pushing hard given holidays this week. So modded this rowing/HSPU/MU workout I did back on

WARM
std warmup
1500m row (in 4 sets)

MAIN

A. 10 rounds for time:
{
Row (1000m, 900, 800.... 100 (5500m total)
HSPU (1,2,3.... 10) - first 5 sets (15) strict after that kipping (remaining 40 reps)
3 MU (couple rounds were 3 unbroken, some 2+1, some 3x1)
