I've been itching for something w more MU's (getting ready for B-Day workout), so decided to do Rx+ option, knowing I'd never make the row. Plan was sets of 2 reps, back and forth between MUs and PowerCleans. I hoped to hit 30 of each, in the end I hit 36 of each by the time cap, which I'm happy with.
