- 12 box jump over (Rx was 25 shared)
- 15 cal row (Rx was 30 shared)
- 20 goblet lunges 53# (Rx was 40 shared)
Score: 12 full rounds + 3 pullup + 3 thruster
total reps = 12 * (3+7+9) = 228, + 12+15+20 = 275 reps
