A. Work to a heavy 5-rep front squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x155

B. Partner workout - For time, divide reps any way, but finish one movement before moving to next:

600m run together
50 cal Airdyne (25 each)
1000m row (I did 600, partner 400)
200 DU each

We got through the set of 15, with each of the extra movements, but only 40 DU, before hitting (24 min) time cap
