WARM
std warmup (which I was late for... again)

MAIN
A. Deadlift, 5x10 @ 50%+ add weight from last week
warm: 1x10 @ 135
main: 3x10 @ 175, 2x10 @ 195

B. Benchpress 3x10 @ 50%+ add weight from last week
warm: 1x10 @ 75
main: 2x10 @ 115, shoulder hurting a bit so went 1x10 @ 95# for last set

C 3x8 dips, 1 min b/t

D 2min row for cals

I added

E. 2x5 strict pullups

F. BarMU attempts
SUCCESS! BarMU on the 3rd try. FINALLY!
Now on to the rings!
