Memorial Day Murph!

200 pushups
300 air squats

total time: 48:25. A
+
7:20 PR over my previous best 1 year ago, of 55:45
(I did 15 sets of 5/10/20, then was done with air squats. Then did 5 sets of 5/10, letting my legs recover a bit for the run)
