2020-07-23 Covid workout #101
(away at a cabin - so got some running/hiking in)
A. Run 8:51km, 1:01:16, 7:12 pace
(lots of it on hills, lava rock, etc)
B. Hike 7.5km (same route minus a dogleg, with fam, slower pace)
C. 30 min easy rowing
