WARM
20 cal airdyne
std warmup

MAIN

A. 3x5 back squat ~65%
warm: 5x45, 5x95, 5x135
main: 3x5@165 (~60% of my ORM of 275)

B. 1x20 back squat AHAP
1x20 @ 135

C. 20 min AMRAP w partner - each does a full round, then swaps, then repeats

we did 4 full rounds each, then did a half rounds (10,8,5) to finish it out
