MAIN

A. DU practice. 2 rounds of

10 power jumps
5 S-S-P

}

B. Work to an 80% ORM Snatch
5x45, 4x65, 3x75, 2x85, 2x95

C. 20 min EMOM - rotate through movements
{
1. 3 BarMU +  7 pushups (Rx was 5+10; I started at 3+10 then 3+7, then 3+5)
2. 50 DU (Rx was 60)
3. 3 Snatch at 80% (I did 95# and got all reps but one)
4. 25 cal Airdyne (I did 14 - don't think anyone hit 25)
