2016-06-12 Sunday Run
Grrr... set out to do a 10k run, calf injury flared up again around 3km in. walked back, and won't be running for a while.
A. 3.11km run. 14:36, 4:41 pace (about a 4:22 pace until I started hobbling)
B. 3.11km walk. meh.
