2015-08-03 Travel Workout

A. Ring work (I brought rings!)

- 2x5 Ring pullups

- 5x1 MU

- 2x1 StrictMU (!)

B. 5k run - (4.92 KM, 24:54, 5:10 pace) - somewhat hilly, so it slowed me down
