2014-02-28 Open 14.1

Well this is it. here we go.

WARM

several rounds of snatches and DUs

MAIN
A. Open 14.1 WOD
10 min amrap

15 Ground-to-overhead (started as powersnatch but quickly switched to CJs)
}
4 rounds + 6 reps = 186. Not super happy with it, will likely do it over again.

B. 3x5 Back Squat
5 @ 135#

5 @ 165#
