Recovery Day, so I did a 5k run (super cold and icy! Slowed me down a bunch!), and then some stuff at the gym

A. 4.85k run, 27.23, 5:39 pace

100k challenge, day 6: 30,450 so far

B: MU progressions
2x5 pullups
1x4 ring pullups
transition practice w band
