A. Back squat 1x20, 1x15, 1x10
20 reps at 135#
15 reps at 155#
10 reps at 175#

B. "Nancy" - 5 rounds for time

time: 14:05. 55 sec better than last time I did it at same weight.

D. 2x4 ring dips (failed on second set)
