A. Work to a heavy clean
5x75, 2x95, 1x125, 1x135, 1x145, 1x155, 1x165 (sloppy, need to work on form)

B. 2x20 back squat.
2 x 20 @ 135#

C. 3x10 barbell lunge
3 x 10 (5/leg) @ 135#
