It's PR week!

A. In 20 min, work to a heavy snatch.

I got to 105#, +10# PR.

B. EMOM 9 (was going to be 16 but we ran out of time)

(even min) 20 sec L-sit (I did 5 rounds of these, all sloppy but unbroken)

(odd min) 30 sec DUs
