10 second rest(!), then immediately into:
Tabata pushups (8 rounds of 20 sec ON, 10 sec OFF)
min reps: 7 (started at 12, way too optimistic, then burnt myself out. Should have targeted 9 or 10)
Update: Ran a 5k at lunch (ok, 4.62Km according to runkeeper). Time: 24:02
