At GDC, so did my street workout thing.
A. Run 1 mile. not for time
B. 5 rounds:
{
10 pushups
10 situps
10 pistols (5/leg)
}
C. 5 rounds
{
10 pushups
10,8,6,4,2 situps
}
D. Run 1 mile, not for time.
Later in the day,
E. 100 pushups (added to above, makes 200, for day 39 and 40, as I didn't do yesterday)
20,5,20,5,15,10,15,10
