Day 2 of GDC

WARM
mobility work
1k run

MAIN

A. 5k run: 5.37km, 27:44, 5:10 pace (not bad considering lots of stops for red lights and such

B. Tabata 30" box jumps
5/round

C. Tabata close-grip pushups
started at 8, but eventually dropped to 6

D. 1k run (back to hotel, not for time)
