2016-01-31 Active Recovery

Calf acting up, so rather than the usual Sunday run, I went into the gym at work and did some light work.

A. 15 min row (~4k - computer on the erg wasn't working)

B. 3x5 inclined benchpress 95#

C. 3x5 tricep extension 35#

D. 3x5 DB curls 35#

E. 3x5 chinup
