2015-02-11 WOD

WARM
std warmup

MAIN
A. Skill work - 3 rounds, not for time

40 DUs
10 box jumps - work on fast spring back up
10-12 butterfly pullups (I worked on 2-3 at a time, x4, trying to get the movement)
1 rope climb 15'
}

B. 5 rounds - 4 minutes per round, for 20 minutes. Rest remainder of 4 minutes if done in less than 4 minutes.

several attempts, all failed but one. Video'd it to critique form. Need to get hips up more and faster transition.
