50 Thruster 45# (didn't put the bar down once, but rested w bar at hips numerous times)

time: 8:59 (only 22s slower than my PR, and I wasn't pushing 100% due to a tweaked back. I'll take it. I think main lesson for next time is not to go too hard on rower, and do thrusters unbroken)
