2015-03-12 WOD

Back after two days of travel with no workout. Wanted to get some hard work in. Did makeup for yesterday. Travelling again tomorrow, so 15.3 has to wait for Saturday.

C. (was a partner wod, so I split it as if working with someone
1500m row - 5x300 with equal rest time in between
800m run
