2nd day travel workout while in SF for GDC. 5 of us this morning. was fun.
A. 2.3 km run
B. Death by 10 m sprints
I lasted to 13, which adds up to 91 10m sprints
C. bottom-to-bottom Tabata squats
D. tabata pushups (started at 11, ended up at 7, so roughly 60 pushups)
E. 2.3 km run
