Thought it was going to be a rest day, but Mike posted a surprise announcement about a mid-day workout, so I headed over despite a slight NYE hangover.
A. Death by C/J
EMOM, CJ 135/95, number of reps = round. (1 on 1st minute, 2 on second minute). Count is last complete round before fail.
I made it through 7th round but failed on 8th where I only managed 2. I scaled to 115. (So, total of 30 C&J)
