I did 3x2 @ 185, which is 90% my ORM of 205.
C. 12-15 min work to a heavy C/J
I worked up to 165, which is a 10# PR
D. AMRAP 3min - pullups
I got to 42
Update: Ran at lunchtime: 4.74km in 25:28. 5:21min/km pace.
