A. Work to a ORM benchpress
I was aiming for 200, but only got to 185 before failing. Still knocked out by that bug I had on the weekend. Will try again later in the week.
B. 4x2 Power Clean @ 85%
My ORM is 165, so I went a little bit light at 135# (82%)
C. Total of 2 minutes of L-sits
I did 20s,15s then 8 sets of 10s, then a 5s hold
