Just a quick one before a day of meetings.

just some stretching an 2x5 of each movement below

MAIN

A. 50 burpees for time
3:00 (did them unbroken)

B. 50 Air squats for time
1:10 (also unbroken)

C. 50 pushups for time
1:54 (10,8.8.5,5,4,3,3,2,2)
