C. 8 min amrap, 10 DB thrusters at heavy weight (we used 30# DBs) with partner, alternating sets
We did 11+4 (mine were 5 rounds+4, partner did 6 rounds)
I then added
D. 2x3 ring pullups
E. 2x5 pullups
