A. 3x3 Push press at heavy weight.
I worked up to 145, which is a PR.

B. 3 amraps:

4 min amrap

15 air squats
} count: 4 rounds even

10 burpees
10 115# Front Squats
} count: 3 rounds even

3 min rest

8 min amrap
{
10 burpees
20 dumbell thrusters, 30# (x2)
} count: 2 rounds + 11 reps
