2014-12-14 Travel Workout

Back at a hotel with a gym, I did a repeat of one that I did a couple weeks back in Vietnam, but with push jerks (95#) in place of HSPU

For time: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 multiplied by

5 Air squats (50, 45, 40, 35...)
4 Situps (40, 36, 32, 28...)
3 Pushups (30, 27, 24, 21...)
2 DB Snatch 44# (20, 18, 16...)
1 Push Press 95# (10, 9, 8, ...)
