A. Partner WoD. 4 rounds for reps. Split each min as desired (we did 30s each).

Min 2: BoxJumps 24#
Min 3: HangPowerClean 95# (Rx was 75#)
Min 4: BurpeeBarJump

After round 2 and round 4, 4 block run with partner

Time was 23:25 (8 min for 2 rounds, 3.5 min run, 30s rest, 8 min for 2 rounds, 3:25 run)

Rd 1: (17+13=30) +  (16+9=25) + (15+13=28) + (13+7=20) = 103
Rd 2: (16+13=29) +  (15+9=24) + (16+15=31) + (11+6=18) = 102
Rd 1: (15+17=32) +  (9+15=24) + (13+17=30) + (8+11=19) = 105
Rd 1: (13+15=30) +  (10+13=23) + (16+15=31) + (7+7=14) = 96

total:    406 reps (mine, underlined, was 176)
