XMAS EVE WOD!
3 person teams:
1M buddy run, trade off buddy as needed
1 person does work, 1 person 'rests' in a plank, 1 person 'rests' with 40lb buddy on their shoulders. Together complete:

100 jump-over-partner burpees

150 Wall Ball
150 box jumps
1 15' rope climb per person
150 pull ups
200 jump change lunges
}

Completed in 84 minutes (Brutal!)
